1. About These Terms
By ordering from Chaku Wasa: — through Instagram (@chakuwasa), direct message, or any other channel — you agree to the following terms.
2. Products
All Chaku Wasa: products are food items made by hand in Bhaktapur, Nepal. Ingredients are listed on each product. If you have allergies (nuts, dairy, etc.), please check the ingredient list carefully before ordering. Our products contain almonds, cashews, milk and ghee.
Products are for general wellness and traditional use only. Chaku Wasa: is not a pharmaceutical product and makes no medical claims. Consult your physician for medical advice, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, or if you have an existing health condition.
3. Ordering
- Orders are placed via Instagram DM or direct contact.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if stock is unavailable, and will provide a full refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and include the product cost. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- 250g — Rs. 400
- 500g — Rs. 700
- 1000g — Rs. 1,350
Prices may change. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
5. Payment
We accept payment via eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (within Bhaktapur and Kathmandu Valley). Payment details will be shared at order confirmation.
6. Cancellation & Returns
As a food product, Chaku Wasa: cannot be returned once opened. We accept cancellations before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours at shovasha.foods@gmail.com or +977 9841670550 and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Chaku Wasa: name, logo, product photography and copy — is the property of Shova Laxmi Gosai / Chaku Wasa:. Do not reproduce without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Chaku Wasa: is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or misuse of the product. Always read the ingredient list before consuming.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved under Nepali jurisdiction.
