How to Order
All orders are placed through our Instagram page @chakuwasa. Send us a DM with:
- Product size (250g / 500g / 1000g)
- Quantity
- Your full delivery address
- Your contact number
We will confirm your order and share payment details within a few hours.
Delivery Zones & Charges
Bhaktapur, Kathmandu, Lalitpur — free delivery on all orders.
All districts across Nepal. Charges depend on location.
India, Australia, US, UK and beyond — DM us for a quote.
Delivery Time
- Kathmandu Valley — same day or next day delivery
- Within Nepal — 2–5 business days
- International — 7–21 days depending on destination
Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are dispatched Monday.
Packaging
Chaku Wasa: is packed in eco-friendly pouch jars, sealed for freshness. Each jar is wrapped carefully to prevent breakage in transit. For bulk orders (3+ jars), we use double-layered packaging.
Best Before & Storage
- Best before: 6 months from packaging date (printed on jar)
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- After opening: Store with the lid tightly closed; consume within 3 months
- No refrigeration required
